Not New York but Canberra

We were lucky we missed the worst of this hail storm which hit the centre of Canberra. The thunder was so loud it woke Oskar at 11pm. He was interested in the hail falling but we only had pea size compared to the city. This is some of the ice 14 hours later. Thought I was back in New York. Just getting me prepared for my visit starting 23 March.

Birthday Time.

My birthday, only a week older than the week before, so didn't need a cake, had dinner out and a shared piece of dessert. Oskar blew out the candles and enjoyed the ice-cream. Carlo had to turn his head because he couldn't eat any.

Brisbane to Canberra

A new Jenny, Canberra style haircut, changing hair colour, combined with genuine Versace sunglasses from New Farm. I drove down to Canberra in one day, just missing the bushfire road closures at Berowra. Well set up with a Tomtom navigator and my iPod. What more does a girl need?
